Toyota's dealer gets sued by competitors

Toyota's dealer gets sued by competitorsToyota has lots of headaches this time with the potential deadly airbags. After it has recalled approximately six million more vehicles worldwide over defective Takata air bag inflators, bringing the total number of vehicles recalled to more than 23 million, it had to face another problem.

A California woman died last month because of the faulty inflators- and it's one of the eleven victims in the U.S.. Used car dealers can sell vehicles with open safety recalls legally, even though many consumers may be unaware of the cars’ dangers. But now one dealership owner is taking an unusual step to try to save lives by stopping the sales of cars with dangerous recalls. The dealer's name is Earl Stewart, and he was selling Toyota cars even after until the accident happened. After finding out someone has died probably because of the issue on the car he was selling, his competitors sued him. Saying he knew about the recall, and he sholud've stopped the selling on Takata models.
